William Eisele, Jeep service manager, RHS 77

William Eisele, 42, of Brookfield, for the last 17 years the service manager at Georgetown Jeep on Route 7, died on Tuesday, May 15, in Danbury Hospital from injuries sustained in an accident on his way to work. 
Mr. Eisele’s pickup truck was southbound on Route 7 in Danbury just south of the Wooster Mountain Gun Club when it was hit by a northbound car that crossed the center line and into his lane.
Mr. Eisele leaves his wife, Kacy L. (Byrd) Eisele, and two children, Brian, 7, and Kevin, 5, and his parents, Rudolph and Patricia (Tierney) Eisele of Ridgefield. His survivors also include his brother Kenneth Eisele of New York and his sister Susan Eisele of Sweden.
“It’s a true tragedy that has effects that will never be forgotten for us personally,” said Georgetown Jeep owner Paul Garavel. “We grieve greatly for the tragic loss for his family.”
“The guy was a man with true integrity, liked by everyone — customers, family, friends,” Mr. Garavel said.
Mr. Eisele was born in Norwalk Hospital March 23, 1959, and lived in Ridgefield most of his life. He graduated from Ridgefield High School in 1977. 
Eight years ago, he moved to Brookfield, where he was a member of St. Marguerite Bourgeoys Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated there on Saturday, May 19, at 9:30 a.m. Cremation will follow.
Friends may call at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street in Danbury, on Friday evening from 6 to 9.
