Kristin Hauspurg, 23, Class of 1996

Kristin L. Hauspurg of Lloyd Avenue New Fairfield, a 1996 graduate of Ridgefield High School, died at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, Thursday, March 8. She was 23 years old.
Born in Point Pleasant, N.J., May 29, 1977, she had come to Ridgefield in 1988 as a middle school student. She was a graduate of Ridgefield High School, Class of 1996, and had made a home in New Fairfield for the past year. Ms. Hauspurg attended the Northville Baptist Church in New Milford.
Surviving are her parents, Thomas and Leslie Hauspurg of Marlboro, N.J.; two brother, Todd Hauspurg and wife Gina of Sherman, and Brian Hauspurg of Newtown; a sister, Tracy Zeqiri and her husband Fatmir of New Fairfield; her maternal grandmother, Marie Kisseberth of Bethlehem, Pa.; her paternal grandparents, Gerald and Teresa Hauspurg of Spring Lake Heights, N.J.; nephews and niece, Gavin Hauspurg, Arion and Miranda Zeqiri and a good friend, Jim McGee.
The Rev. Matthew Yukon, pastor, conducted services Monday at the Northville Baptist Church, 9 Little Bear Hill Road, New Milford.
